Avocado – healthy yum yum

Finally, my beloved avocado. I love avocado and everything with this amazing fruit. It is quite boring fruit for a lot of people, not for me. It contains many vitamins and be honest, it looks great served on a plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

Cut avocado in half and remove the seed. Hollow out the flesh using a spoon or special avocado cutter. Crush the flesh using a fork and serve right away.

Tip: This yummy tends to brown quickly. If you want it to stay beautifully green, drop a few drops of lemon. If you want to serve it to kids since the 4th month of age, you should put the lemon aside and serve it as fast as possible.

This exotic fruit contains many beneficial substances and vitamins. Not only does it satiate greatly, but it also cares about your heart, kidneys, and bladder, which is beneficial.

Tip: Add a few drops of avocado oil. The taste will be much cheerful.

Honestly? Emily was not particularly interested. She tasted two teaspoons and that was it. But I don’t mind, because I mixed it with other ingredients and Emily didn’t notice the added avocado at all.
